Job Description

Experienced janitor/superintendent. This is a part-time twice weekly role. Ability to work independently and without supervision twice weekly between the hours 5pm and 9pm. Negotiable on days worked. Reliable transportation and ability to pass I9 only. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality includes carpeted areas, hard floors, restrooms, offices, conference rooms and common areas.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
