Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting any maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
