We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial settings. Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Handle industrial cleaning tasks with appropriate equipment and supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols while performing cleaning duties. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
