The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting issues to management. Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Respond promptly to any cleaning requests or emergencies that arise during shifts. Washing dishes that may have been missed from previous business day. Once cleaning duties have been fulfilled, occasionally helping the kitchen staff with food prep. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
