Job Description
At Gerlinger Steel & Supply, we're more than just a steel company — we're a family. With facilities in Redding and Woodland, CA, we're proud to offer a stable, long-term home for the people who choose to join our team. Our Redding facility runs Monday through Friday and this full time position offers 40 hours per week. You'll be helping to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our offices and shops. Works independently with very little supervision. Experienced in cleaning and maintaining commercial and industrial facilities. Able to efficiently clean, disinfect, and sanitize commercial and industrial properties. Able to remove spider webs, trash, and debris. Able to do light landscaping. Demonstrates strong time management and organization skills Follow written and verbal instructions. Speaks fluently, reads, comprehends, writes including spelling of words, composition of sentences, and grammar in the English language. Ability to cope with stressful situations and interact cordially with coworkers, customers, and vendors to accomplish the task. Ability to remain conscious and alert. Ability to actively listen, learn, and use logic and reasoning to problem-solve, arrive at alternative options, and implement the solution. Ability to work well with others as a team.
