Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated window cleaning technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, ensures every home is serviced to an excellent standard, and represents the business professionally at all times. Strong social skills are essential, as this role involves interacting directly with clients being friendly, personable, and able to communicate clearly is a must and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Be on time will not tolerate being late! Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Operate cleaning equipment such as di tank and waterfed pole and surface cleaning. Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as required, including window cleaning and pressure washing. Report any maintenance issues. Collaborate with staff to ensure all cleaning schedules are met effectively. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
