Exempt Position Overview The Supervisor role plays a vital part in helping UBS deliver on our mission — to surpass expectations in delivering safe and welcoming spaces through reliable service and trusted relationships. This position is responsible for leading and supporting janitorial teams to ensure client sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained in accordance with UBS standards. The Supervisor upholds quality, safety, and reliability while fostering teamwork and communication between field staff and management. Key Responsibilities Lead and support janitorial teams to meet UBS standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness. Train, coach, and motivate team members on cleaning methods, safety, and equipment use. Inspect sites regularly and address quality or safety issues promptly. Schedule work, assign tasks, and ensure shift coverage. Monitor supplies and equipment; reorder or request replacements as needed. Communicate with Account Managers and clients to resolve service issues. Enforce safety standards and report incidents or hazards. Complete timesheets and reports accurately and on time. Assist with cleaning duties when needed. Model UBS values — Safety, Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence. Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional training or coursework in supervision or facilities management preferred
Experience:
2+ years of janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Language Skills:
Fluent in English or Spanish; bilingual ability preferred
Other Requirements:
