Restaurant Sanitation Team Member Location:

Schedule:
4-hour shifts Position Summary We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. This role is responsible for keeping the dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas clean while supporting overall restaurant operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help ensure an exceptional experience for our guests and a safe workplace for our team members. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, restrooms, employee areas, storage rooms, and walk-in coolers. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, doors, windows, and other high-touch surfaces. Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners as needed. Assist with kitchen cleaning, including prep tables, sinks, utensils, dishes, and food-contact surfaces. Perform routine deep-cleaning projects, including equipment, floors, and hard-to-reach areas. Clean exterior areas including entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor dining spaces. Ensure cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems to management. Support restaurant operations with additional cleaning projects as needed. Experience & Qualifications Previous cleaning, janitorial, custodial, restaurant, or maintenance experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with sanitation procedures, cleaning chemicals, and cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to support the team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout a 4-hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
