The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive individual who can perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as needed. Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organized. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices, industrial cleaning techniques, or facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
