You ensure the backbone of kitchen operations—cleanliness, efficiency, and support—meets the exceptional standards of our Michelin-starred kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in supporting a high-performance team and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Responsibilities Meticulously clean, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment. Maintain a spotless dish area and assist with overall kitchen sanitation. Support prep and culinary teams by ensuring consistent availability of clean service ware and equipment. Assist with organizing, rotating, and storing deliveries as they arrive, maintaining order and cleanliness in storage areas. Handle trash, compost, and recyclables following restaurant procedures and health codes. Assist with light maintenance duties and deep-cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., equipment, drains, walk-in, walls). Support the team in setting up and breaking down stations, equipment, and service areas. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude under pressure. Experience Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen strongly preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and an eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently in a structured, high-pressure environment. Physical stamina for long shifts involving lifting (50+ lbs.), bending, and standing. Willingness to grow within the kitchen team and support broader kitchen operations. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain before start date). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Scheduling & Hours •This position is scheduled based on business needs, and hours may vary from week to week. Being classified as full-time or part-time does not guarantee a set number of hours. Scheduled shifts are determined by factors such as business volume, staffing levels, and operational needs.
