About the
Role:
As a CBRE Cleaning Associate, you will ensure the team's cleaning tasksare up to company standards. This job is part of the Cleaning Servicesfunction. They are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of client andcompany buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride inmaintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments while working as part of asupportive team.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations. Trainnew staff members on work procedures and operation of equipment. Instruct anddelegate tasks. Coach and mentor as needed. • Lead daily staff meetings andrequired in-service training sessions. Attend to inquiries and requests. Inform theteam of requests and confirm completion. Check work done by cleaners. Check cleaning equipment condition. Inform thesupervisor when cleaning supplies are low. Ensure supplies are in a safe,secure area at all times. Follow and teach procedures for the use ofchemical cleaners. Complete standardized cleaning process as percompany standards. Provide daily cleaning support to areas of thebuilding designated by the supervisor. Gather and analyze data to identify and solvecomplex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend newtechniques. Impact own team and other teams whose workactivities are closely related. Suggest improvements to existing processes andsolutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years ofjob-related experience. Fulfill the physical requirements associatedwith this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. A comprehensive understanding of a range ofprocesses, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function isrequired. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusualand/or complex content concisely and logically. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Advanced organizational skills with aninquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculateadvanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are a plus. Why CBRE?
