Professional Cleaner (Part-Time)

A Legacy Cleaning North County & San Diego County, CA About the role We're a professional cleaning company serving North County and San Diego County. We take pride in our work, our team, and how we treat the clients and homes we're trusted with. We're looking for experienced cleaners who are ready to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results from day one. You'll start at $22.00 per hour, with a guaranteed raise to $23.00 per hour after your first 90 days. We believe in rewarding reliability and great work — and this raise is guaranteed, not performance-dependent. This is a part-time position to start, with genuine potential to grow into full-time hours as you settle into the team and client demand increases. If you're dependable and do great work, there's a real future here. You'll travel to client locations throughout the service area using your own vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed, and lunches are covered on days you're working — we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our clients. What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces Follow job checklists and meet quality standards on every visit Communicate professionally with clients on-site Travel between job sites in North County and San Diego County Represent the company with pride and professionalism Requirements Previous cleaning experience required — residential, commercial, housekeeping, or similar Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required) Proof of auto insurance Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and manage your time on the road Service area Jobs are located throughout North County San Diego (Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas) and San Diego County . You'll typically work within a reasonable driving radius of your home base.
