This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional environment and ensuring that team members and clients always have access to the items they need.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain appropriate stock levels of snacks, beverages, coffee supplies, utensils, and pantry items across all designated areas. Monitor inventory daily and communicate restocking needs in a timely manner. Ensure all pantry areas remain clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times. Clean and maintain coffee machines, water dispensers, and other pantry equipment as needed. Properly store products and ensure all pantry spaces meet company standards. Provide support to employees or clients with general pantry-related requests or questions.
