This energetic role is perfect for someone with a passion for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. As a supervisor, you'll motivate and guide a team of janitorial staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness across various facilities. Your leadership will directly impact the comfort and safety of our clients, visitors, and staff, making every space shine and feel inviting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate weekend cleaning crews to ensure efficient completion of custodial tasks Assign daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met across all areas Train new team members on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels Promote a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and clear communication Experience Proven supervising or management experience in custodial or janitorial services Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques Background in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management highly desirable Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Strong understanding of cleaning safety standards and custodial best practices Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments enhances suitability for this role Preferable English and Spanish speaker.
