RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and provide a friendly, caring atmosphere for incoming/outgoing Service customers Assist with service check-in process Make key tags for vehicles Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed Test batteries of customer vehicles in service drive Transport customers as needed Pick-up and deliver vehicles to and from storage as needed Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer and report any damage immediately Perform vehicle deliveries as required Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant. Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer Maintains building and grounds as needed Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards Assist with shop clean-up Perform other duties given by Supervisor as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service Able to work flexible schedules including Saturdays Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle Experience with X-Time and CDK a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work

COMPENSATION

The Service Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $20.00. Hourly rate depends on experience We are a drug-free environment. As part of our hiring process, we conduct a post-offer background check and drug screening.
