!! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' offices, bathrooms and meeting areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a timely fashion.
Service Locations:
Santa Clara (Office Location 1 ~ 2.5-3 hours of cleaning, twice per week) Santa Clara (Location 2
- 2 hours of cleaning, once per week) Los Gatos (1 office location
- 2 hours of cleaning, once per week) Cupertino (1 office location
- 2.5 hours of cleaning, once per week) Mountain View (1 office location
- 2 hours of cleaning, once per week) TOTAL of 11 to 11.

OFFICE IS CLOSED, CLEAN ANY TIME EACH CLEANING SHOULD TAKE ONLY 2 TO 3 HOURS PER LOCATION. STARTING PAY AT
$20/HOUR.
Cleaning Responsibilities Front of House/Offices:
Vacuum all carpeted areas, including mats, under desks and furniture where accessible with HEPA approved filters Dust desks, shelves, filing cabinets, display units, windowsills, wall base, trim, blinds and walls/ fixtures up to 12' Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, phones, and shared equipment Sanitize and polish drinking fountain Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners; clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of all trash receptacles Remove trash to designated disposal area Clean interior glass surfaces and spot-clean windows; clean both sides of entryway doors and adjacent glass panels Sweep and mop all non-carpeted flooring
Restrooms:
Disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, partitions, and dispensers Dust vents, ledges, wall base, and trim Empty all trash and sanitary receptacles and replace liners; clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of all receptacles Clean glass and mirrors Clean both sides of restroom entry doors and any glass panels Sanitize and polish drinking fountain Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant solution Refill soap, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers (supplies provided by client unless otherwise agreed)
Breakroom:
Vacuum carpeted areas, if applicable, with HEPA approved filters Dust cabinets, countertops, appliance surfaces, wall base, and trim Disinfect tables, chairs, countertops, appliance handles, and other high-touch surfaces Empty all trash and recycling bins and replace liners; clean and sanitize the interior and exterior of all receptacles Sanitize and polish drinking fountain Clean inside and outside of microwave Spot-clean interior glass surfaces Clean both sides of breakroom entry doors and any adjacent glass Sweep and mop floors with appropriate cleaner

Provide all cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise specified, keep janitorial closet clean and organized (products/equipment will be supplied to employee by employer) Perform services during agreed-upon hours to minimize disruption Report any damage or maintenance issues observed during cleaning to the Facilities Manager ________________________________________________________________________________________ Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with custodial practices, facilities maintenance, buffing techniques, and floor care is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
