Position:

Post-Construction Cleaner (Independent Contractor)

Location:

Los Angeles County (Applicants must be based in or around the LA area) Must be able to commute with no issues.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

At least 2-5 years of experience in post-construction cleaning, including debris removal, dusting, polishing, window cleaning, and handling construction materials and residue. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): Must come fully equipped with your own PPE, including a hard hat, steel-toed boots, safety goggles, and a high-visibility vest.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation is required. You must be able to commute to job sites in and around LA County without issues.

Schedule Flexibility:

We are open Monday through Saturday with a flexible schedule. You will have control over your hours and days worked.

Independent Contractor:

This position is for W9 independent contractors only.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed post-construction cleaning tasks, including removal of construction dust, debris, and any leftover materials. Clean and sanitize various surfaces, windows, floors, and fixtures.
