We specialize in residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnb / vacation rentals) and are looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in high-quality work. This is a part time position with flexible scheduling and a 3 hour minimum per job , so you'll always be paid for meaningful work. If you enjoy cleaning, working independently, and making homes look amazing, we'd love to have you join our team. If your cleaning experience is not listed on your resume, PLEASE include detailed information in your cover letter or application note to be considered. We are looking for cleaners with a minimum of 1 year of experience in BOTH residential cleaning as well as Short Term Rental (like AirBnB full homes, not hotel) Pay & Benefits Starting pay $25 per hour Tips from clients 3 hour minimum per job W2 employee position (taxes handled, not 1099) Consistent part-time work as the company grows Supportive team environment Responsibilities Clean residential homes and vacation rentals Kitchen cleaning (counters, appliances, sinks) Bathroom sanitizing and deep cleaning Dusting furniture, baseboards, and surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Making beds and resetting homes for Airbnb guests Ensuring homes meet Radiant Residences' high cleaning standards Requirements Reliable transportation to jobs (your own vehicle, not Uber/Public Transportation or a ride) Ability to work in Del Mar, Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside, and surrounding areas Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently Cleaning experience You must speak fluent English About Radiant Residences Radiant Residences provides high end cleaning for homeowners and vacation rental hosts throughout San Diego county.
