Safety Certification Attention to detail Performing background checks Full Job Description ACM is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited too; Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare gowning bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped Knowledge of stripping, and waxing + carpet cleaning a plus. Required Skills; 2+ years janitorial experience High school diploma/GED required Primary shift is 6PM- 10PM but must be willing to work early morning or late night shifts in response to call-outs and additional requests. Ability to work well under minimal supervision Ability to pass a drug test and background check Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 40 pounds as necessary
