Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Position Overview:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Duties include thorough cleaning, handling laundry and linen changes, sanitizing all areas, restocking supplies, and delivering customer service to ensure properties are clean, comfortable, and meet hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete cleaning of vacation rental properties. Manage laundry tasks, ensuring bed linens, towels, bath mats, and related items are properly washed and fully dried. Replace linens and make beds in all bedrooms as needed. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces. Sweep, vacuum, mop, polish floors, and clean carpets when necessary. Dust and wipe all surfaces, including tables, desks, and windowsills. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Restock essential items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and accommodating special requests.

Requirements:

Previous experience cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively meet client needs. Understanding of housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damage, and restocking supplies. High attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
