54 per hour (DOE) Monday-Friday schedule No nights Major holidays off Paid Time Off Mileage reimbursement between job sites Company uniforms and cleaning supplies provided Ongoing leadership development Opportunity for advancement into Service Manager or Operations leadership About the Role As our Cleaning Technician Trainer, you'll be the person responsible for helping every new technician become successful. You'll lead by example, coach employees in the field, maintain our cleaning standards, and ensure every technician provides an exceptional customer experience. When there are no active trainees, you'll assist with deep cleans, quality coaching, and support the Service Manager with field operations. Responsibilities Train newly hired cleaning technicians through hands-on field training Demonstrate proper residential cleaning techniques and company standards Coach current technicians to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency Conduct working interviews for prospective cleaning technicians Complete daily trainee evaluations and provide constructive feedback Assist with maintaining training materials and Standard Operating Procedures Support deep cleaning appointments as needed Fill in for cleaning teams when staffing assistance is needed Partner with the Service Manager to improve overall team performance Represent Mama's Cleaning Crew with professionalism, hospitality, and integrity QualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of professional residential, commercial, or housekeeping cleaning experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training other employees Fluent in both English and Spanish Valid California Driver's License Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance Comfortable traveling throughout Orange County during the workday Authorized to work in the United States Available Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Preferred Post-construction cleaning experience Deep cleaning experience Move-in/Move-out cleaning experience Experience interviewing or evaluating job candidates Leadership or supervisory experience Quality control or inspection experience Physical Requirements This is an active, field-based position.
Candidates must be able to:
