This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping public spaces clean and safe. As a valued member of our maintenance team, you will help ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants by performing essential cleaning and upkeep tasks. Responsibilities Sweep walkways and common areas throughout the shopping center Pick up and properly dispose of litter and debris around the property Empty trash receptacles and remove trash from around the building Clean gutters and remove leaves and other debris as needed Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods Reliable and punctual with good communication skills Offered compensation: $18/yr - $19/yr
