Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Proficiency with basic technology required for job duties (e.g., email, website access) Ability to make clear and comprehensive written and verbal reports Demonstrated strong work ethic Ability to use a hand cart between upper and lower floor levels Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds Ability to climb ladders or scaffolding up to 35 feet Presents a professional appearance and practices good personal hygiene Good health, high moral character, and a strong attendance record Must obtain and maintain training in Bloodborne Pathogens, asbestos awareness, and chemical use Must complete the Hepatitis B vaccination series (3 doses) or sign a waiver Must meet all legal requirements related to a criminal background check See attached document for the full job description.
