Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance. Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain supplies by restocking restroom amenities and cleaning materials as needed. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment. Support industrial or commercial cleaning projects as required, ensuring all standards are met efficiently. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment. Strong understanding of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks in both commercial and residential settings. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair skills. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and hygiene standards. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.
