Role:

EZ Premier Clean is building a small, reliable bench of independent contractors who can assist with a variety of cleaning and light field service jobs. Work may include residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post‑construction cleaning, and light junk removal. This is ideal for someone who wants flexible, occasional work and the ability to accept or decline jobs freely. This is 1099 contractor work — you choose which jobs you accept. As our client base grows, this role may transition into a part‑time position for contractors who are consistent and reliable.

Types of Jobs You May Be Offered:

Residential cleaning (standard, deep, move‑out) Commercial cleaning (offices, small businesses) Post‑construction or turnover cleaning Light junk removal or debris pickup Property clean‑ups or one‑time projects

Requirements:

Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor Must have your own transportation Must have basic cleaning supplies (or be willing to use client‑provided supplies) Must be reliable and able to work independently Comfortable around pets Able to lift light to moderate items for junk removal jobs Able to accept or decline jobs as needed
