Job Description
A Woodside Winery is seeking a reliable Custodial & Maintenance Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our winery and event spaces. This role supports daily operations by performing custodial work, basic maintenance, and general facility upkeep across our beautiful mountain property. Responsibilities Clean and maintain winery facilities including restrooms, tasting areas, offices, and event spaces Sweep, mop, empty trash, wipe surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness Assist with basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs Maintain outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and common spaces Help move tables, chairs, and equipment when needed Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues Ensure property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff Qualifications Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to work independently and follow direction Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred
