Job Type:
Full-time, steady hours The Job You'll keep a public parking structure and plaza areas clean and safe. This is a hands-on role where reliability and attention to detail matter. Responsibilities Walk the property (garage, ramps, stairs, elevators, plaza, bus areas) and spot issues early Report facility abuse/misuse, unsafe activity, or encampments immediately Clean, maintain and restock restrooms Clean up spills and any messes quickly Empty trash and recycling, replace liners, wash cans as needed to keep them odor-free Sweep/collect debris (including cigarette butts) throughout the property and landscaping beds Remove gum from surfaces and keep high-touch/visible areas clean (glass, rails, etc.) Graffiti removal and reporting Remove abandoned carts and dumped items and notify when needed Elevator cleaning: wipe stainless, doors/frames/panels, sweep & mop floors, and treat odors Use proper safety controls while cleaning (cones/signs/tape/hose covers) Spot clean glass panels and clean "touch points" on windows/doors Check for lighting outages/issues and report for repair Power wash stair towers/landings and other areas as needed between contracted cleaning Assist with snow/ice control at entrances, pedestrian routes, vehicle/bus areas when required What We're Looking For Very reliable and able to work independently overnight Comfortable walking stairs/ramps and being on your feet for the shift Safety-first mindset (wet floor controls, public area awareness, equipment use) Driver's license + reliable transportation Custodial/facilities experience is a plus (but we can train the right person) Motivated to grow — there is real opportunity to develop into the site lead / manager for this project as you prove consistency, communication, and ownership

$22.00•$24.00 per hour Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
