We specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior home maintenance services. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a growing company where quality and customer service come first. Duties Clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial properties Remove dirt, debris, hard water stains, and buildup to deliver streak-free results Utilize ladders, water-fed pole systems, squeegees, and professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Perform gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning services as assigned Protect customer property and maintain a professional appearance at all times Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout each project Inspect completed work to ensure Brothers Home Service quality standards are met Load, unload, maintain, and organize company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety procedures while working at heights and on job sites Skills & Qualifications Window cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we can train the right person Ability to communicate with customers in a professional way Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred What Makes Brothers Home Service Different?
