This role is ideal for someone with some sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and being actively involved in the sales process from start to finish. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and guiding prospects through the sales process. You will work closely with leadership while developing your sales skills and contributing to overall company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial facilities Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and occasional in-person visits Build relationships with decision-makers and generate interest in services Participate in facility walkthroughs to understand client needs Assist in preparing and presenting service proposals and pricing Support the process of securing new service agreements Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients Track outreach and sales activity in CRM or internal systems Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with outreach and developing new client relationships Organized and able to manage time and follow up consistently Willingness to learn and grow within a structured sales process Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) CRM experience is a plus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Why Join Us Established company with a strong reputation in commercial services Clear expectations and structured sales process Opportunity to build experience in B2B sales without pressure of a senior-level role Supportive team environment with guidance from leadership
