Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that our workspace remains hygienic, organized, and professional, supporting the productivity and well-being of all staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks to keep our office environment spotless and well-maintained. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are pristine and safe. Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass partitions, and light fixtures to promote a bright and inviting workspace. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, trash bags, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability. Handle light custodial tasks including waste disposal, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and minor maintenance duties related to facilities upkeep. Follow health and safety protocols diligently while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and carpet extraction. Prior custodial experience in office settings or similar environments preferred. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, vacuums, floor scrubbers, and steam cleaners effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
