Job Description

Carpet Cleaning Technician — Get in Early With a Growing Family-Owned Business Guardian Carpet Care is an established, family-owned and operated carpet cleaning and water damage restoration company serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding communities. We've built our reputation on quality work, dependability, and treating every customer's home like our own. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Carpet Cleaning Technician to grow with us. This is a true ground-floor opportunity — you'll start hands-on in the field with a clear path toward higher pay, expanded responsibility, and a long-term role as the company expands. If you're reliable, coachable, and ready to build something, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning in residential and commercial settings Operate truck-mounted and portable cleaning equipment safely and effectively Assist with water damage restoration work, including extraction and drying setup Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity on every job Maintain equipment, vehicles, and a clean, organized work area Follow job schedules and complete all work to a high standard of quality Qualifications Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record Customer-focused — courteous, trustworthy, and presentable Prior cleaning or restoration experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with room to grow as you take on more Hands-on training and a clear path for advancement A supportive, family-owned work environment The opportunity to get in early with a growing local business

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
