Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are currently seeking 2-4 dedicated and detail-oriented candidates to join our team.

Our main areas:

new construction, move out cleaning, and window cleaning. This is a very active & high energy position: picking up ladders, heavy vacuums, walking 15,000+ steps per day. Please call Bailey at 719-635-2992 to set up an interview, be prepared to do interviews on the job-site!

• Training and starting work ASAP. Part-time to full time hours are available. Advancement to a supervisor position can be offered to the right person. Training at $19 an hour, will give raises as the job is learned. Looking for quick learners, can work alone or with a team.
• If you do not have cleaning experience, training will start at $18.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:25am to 4pm, depending on scheduled jobs. Saturday hours are available occasionally.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Use of ladders, must be willing to train
• Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
• Work in a timely manner, timeframes are given for each job.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cleaner is required, please add past jobs to resume
• Clean driver's license, you will be driving our company vehicles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and
