Who You Are Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to pass required background screening pursuant to CRS § 22-30.5-110.7 Reliable and punctual, consistently meeting attendance expectations Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor when interacting with staff, students, and visitors Ability to operate, maintain, and care for mechanized cleaning equipment Basic understanding of technology for work order management and reporting Ability to work independently with excellent time management and attention to detail Commitment to Atlas' core values: connection, accountability, growth mindset, and perseverance Desired Qualifications Two (2) or more years of custodial experience Previous custodial experience in a school or educational setting Bilingual proficiency in

Spanish and English Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch/squat, and climb ladders or lifts during the performance of duties Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to push/pull up to 100 pounds Ability to work with hands above shoulder height with weights up to 50 pounds Ability to comply with all Atlas Schools policies and procedures Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
