Lead the Clean As an EVS Lead Tech, you keep our facility spotless, safe, and inspection-ready—so patients, visitors, and staff can focus on care. You'll oversee Environmental Services technicians by coordinating schedules, assigning work zones, and supporting accurate timekeeping/payroll approvals. You'll drive training, orientation, and ongoing competency tracking, while inspecting completed work to ensure DNV/OSHA-aligned quality and laundry practices. You'll help update policies, maintain supply/equipment inventory (with Director approval), document unusual events, and partner with other departments to solve issues fast.
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with cleaning, floor care, and chemical use
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written); additional languages preferred
