Part-Time About the Job We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team! This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who takes pride in making spaces shine. You'll work on a variety of projects, including apartment flips, post-maintenance turn cleans, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of apartments after construction, renovation, or tenant move-out Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and appliances Removing debris and ensuring units are move-in ready Following safety procedures and handling cleaning supplies properly Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred (apartment, post-construction, or residential cleaning a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation to job sites in Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, and Greeley Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
