Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Janitorial Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations across various commercial facilities. Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple commercial sites, ensuring all tasks meet established quality standards Lead, train, and motivate janitorial staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of cleanliness Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper maintenance Collaborate with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and customize service plans accordingly Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Qualifications Proven supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial services, custodial work, or hospitality management Strong background in commercial cleaning, housekeeping management, or hotel/hospitality environments Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently Effective communication skills for team leadership and client interactions Experience with laundry services or custodial tasks is a plus Ability to motivate teams, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high standards of cleanliness Join us to lead dynamic cleaning teams in creating pristine environments that leave lasting positive impressions.
