Fort Collins, CO Job Details Contract $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Dusting Attention to detail Laundry Cleaning Liability insurance Time management Full Job Description Residential and Short-term Rental Cleaner Experienced Cleaner - Residential & Short-Term Rentals (Independent Contractor) We are currently looking to partner with independent contractor cleaners to support our growing residential and short-term rental cleaning team. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering high-quality cleanings, we'd love to connect with you. We are strictly seeking cleaners who are dependable, professional, and have availability to pick up additional jobs on a weekly basis.
What You'll Do:
Residential Cleaning Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and general home cleaning Making beds, tidying rooms, and ensuring homes feel fresh and welcoming Following detailed checklists to maintain consistency and quality Short-Term Rental Turnovers Preparing homes for incoming guests with high attention to detail Doing laundry, changing linens, making beds, and staging spaces for a guest-ready presentation Restocking essentials such as toiletries and paper goods when needed Reporting damages or missing items promptly Ensuring properties meet clean, hotel-level standards before guest arrival General Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of supplies and equipment Communicate professionally with the team and clients
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or STR preferred) Reliable, punctual, and strong time-management skills Communicates professionally Must have reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Comfortable working independently while following checklists Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Must have liability insurance
