Window Cleaning Technician

With 270+ five-star Google reviews and a steady book of residential and commercial customers, we're looking for a reliable Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. We're a locally owned, growing team. About the Role As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll perform residential and commercial window cleaning services according to our quality, safety, and professionalism standards. You'll be part of a 2-person crew serving customers across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and surrounding areas. Typical days are 8-9 hours, Monday through Friday. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. You'll represent the Rise and Shine brand in the field and play a direct part in delivering the experience that keeps customers booking us year after year. What You'll Do Clean residential and commercial windows (interior and exterior), screens, and tracks Set up and safely use ladders, water-fed poles, and squeegees Power wash exterior surfaces (decks, driveways, building exteriors) Clean out gutters Track your time, take job photos, and document completion in Jobber Treat every customer's home and property with respect Communicate clearly with your crew partner, crew lead, and the office Comply with all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and applicable SOPs Who We're Looking For Prior window cleaning experience preferred but not required. We provide paid training. Reliability and a strong work ethic Pride in doing things right High attention to detail Enjoy working outdoors and being active Valid driver's license Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment (30-50 lbs) Comfortable moving, operating, and working on ladders Ability to stand, climb, and work in varying weather conditions

What We Offer Pay:

$20-25/hour depending on experience Full-time during peak season (April-October). Hours may reduce in winter based on weather and customer demand. Strong performers are often offered year-round work.
