Responsibilities Safely clean residential windows using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results. Utilize ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows efficiently and securely. Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and protecting surrounding surfaces from water or cleaning solutions. Perform detailed cleaning of window frames, sills, and glass panes for a comprehensive finish. Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines when working at heights. Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we provide training on techniques and safety procedures. Experience with commercial cleaning or window cleaning is advantageous. Familiarity with using ladders, scaffolding, or scissor lifts enhances efficiency and safety on the job.
