Email Duties Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain a polished appearance Clean carpets using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure cleanliness and longevity Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in accordance with health standards Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods to promote sustainability Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are serviced thoroughly and on time Qualifications Previous professional cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and waxing Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, move quickly, and stand for extended periods Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment as required This role is vital in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors alike.
