Duties Clean interior and exterior windows of commercial buildings, ensuring streak-free, spotless results. Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts and extension poles to reach high or difficult areas safely. Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding or other access equipment, adhering to all safety protocols. Use professional cleaning supplies and techniques to remove dirt, grime, smudges, and other residues from glass surfaces. Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or maintenance needs and report findings promptly. Follow safety guidelines diligently when working at heights or with equipment to prevent accidents. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance for future tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and safety standards is highly desirable. Ability to operate scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment safely is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and work at various heights throughout the day. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
