Experienced Power Washing Specialist / Cleaning Tech -

We're currently hiring an experienced Power Washing Specialist / Utility Tech to join our team. This is not your average cleaning job. You'll operate professional-grade equipment, work independently, and play a key role in maintaining top-quality service across the Denver South area. What You'll Do Powerwash commercial spaces…like kitchen floors, sidewalks, dumpsters / dumpster pads, patios Manage a weekly schedule (3-4 businesses per day), including restaurants, gas stations, and fitness centers Build strong relationships with clients and represent the company professionally Potential additional duties: Operate floor scrubbers and other specialty cleaning equipment Use basic power tools to install and maintain restroom dispensers What We're Looking For You're detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in a job well done. You have experience in commercial power washing, landscaping, facilities maintenance, route service, pest control, or similar hands-on work. You have expertise in towing, redirecting, and maneuvering trailers. You're a quick learner who's ready to grow.

Requirements:

Strong time management and organizational skills Great communication skills (English fluency required; bi-lingual is a plus) Comfort using tools and cleaning equipment Trustworthy and dependable A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license (this is a mobile route-based role) A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Why Join EM of Denver South?
