Job Description

Silver Creek Solutions LLC is hiring a part-time janitor to clean a federal building in Creede, CO. This is a federal contract position starting October 1st of this year.
HOURS:
3-4 hours per week for routine weekly cleaning with some additional work throughout the year. Mondays (preferred) or after 4:30pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
TASKS INCLUDE
vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal. All supplies are provided.
REQUIREMENTS
Must live in or near Creede, South Fork, or Mineral County, CO Minimum 6 months janitorial or cleaning experience Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel to the site location Must pass a federal government background check (HSPD-12) Must be legally authorized to work in the US (E-Verify)
PAY:
$20-$26/hour depending on location, must be located within 45 minutes of Creede, CO.
NOTE:
This position is contingent on contract award, results are expected to be received in August/September 2026.
