Porter, Coffee Roasting Facility

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order of our office space and public access areas. This position will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient service to all guests and Team Members. Responsibilities Trash removal and sorted accordingly to re-use Vacuum or mopping Dusting Clean bathrooms Clean Retail Café, cupping room, tea lab, training room and break room Clean surfaces and glass Maintain sweep logs Replace light bulbs Fire extinguisher check Vent cleaning Painting or touch up painting Performs additional and all related duties as required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner to fellow team members and customers Ability to comply with all WFM policies and procedures Ability to complete all tasks in a thorough and timely manner Working understanding of and compliance with all WFM quality goals Demonstrates responsibility and accountability in recognizing and accomplishing all tasks Ability to use knives, personal protective equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks, six wheel carts, baler and all other equipment used during preparation and clean up within department and store Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights, weekends and holidays as required Desired Work Experiences Porter/janitorial (1 year) The wage range for this position is $19.50-$32.01 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
