In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across residences and airbnbs. You ensure spaces are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients and staff. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where cleanliness is prioritized and valued. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or towels as needed Conduct floor care activities including vacuuming and mopping to maintain high standards of cleanliness Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good condition Assist with outdoor work activities like sweeping walkways or maintaining outdoor areas when required Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly Make beds and put away dishes, stock supplies, and report damages or inventory needed Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping roles; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly desirable Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment safely Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts Customer service skills to interact professionally with residents, guests, or team members when needed Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor facilities Familiarity with health and safety standards related to sanitation and custodial work Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Join us in creating clean, safe environments that make a positive difference every day!
