Role:

We are seeking professional subcontractors specializing in high-end cleaning services for both hospitality and residential clients. This versatile role requires meticulous attention to detail to perform fast-paced Airbnb turnovers (ensuring properties are spotless and guest-ready) and to provide consistent, quality service for our private home clients.

Responsibilities:

Clean and reset Airbnb properties between guest stays Launder and replace linens and towels Restock essential supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.) Perform basic inspections and report damages or missing items Ensure each property meets our cleaning checklist and Airbnb's expectations

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience, ideally in Short Term Rentals Reliable transportation (all wheel or 4x4) and ability to travel to various properties Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to follow instructions and extremely high attention to detail Will need to provide some cleaning supplies (microfiber towels, all purpose cleaner and scrub brushes - you can purchase these from me if that's easiest) Most properties have mop, vacuum etc) Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor Willingness to drive to Florissant/Woodland Park for jobs May need to pass a background check Nice to

Have:

Familiarity with turnover cleaning apps (e.g., Turno, Taskbird) Company Description I'm a small business owner based out of Colorado Springs. I specialize in short term rental cleaning. I have an extremely high attention to detail which is what my clients love about me.
