Custodian - 4 hrs a week

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian for approximately 4 hours a week. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all areas are pristine, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct deep cleaning of floors, kitchen and other areas as needed. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, and restocking supplies Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all who enter our doors Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and general facility. Experience with industrial cleaning tasks and general upkeep of large facilities Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and climbing ladders if necessary Good communication skills to coordinate with Properties Committee Members and report issues clearly Join us in creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment!
