In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise cleaning staff, and uphold a safe, hygienic environment that meets our quality expectations. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to excellence in custodial services, contributing directly to a welcoming and professional atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication and writing skills, ensuring clear and professional interaction with both the team and clients. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple areas, including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and specialized facilities Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage Assign tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties while maintaining high standards Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and janitorial equipment; notify management as necessary to prevent shortages Enforce health and safety regulations related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment maintenance Experience Proven supervising experience in custodial or janitorial services within commercial or hospitality environments Strong background in cleaning techniques such as general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized sanitation procedures Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, supplies management, and safety protocols Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment Join us in creating pristine environments that leave lasting impressions!
