Job Description

We are looking to add another Cleaning Professional Team Leader to our crew. We are a busy cleaning service specializing in residential and commercial cleaning. Looking for a motivated team member to grow with our company. Part time or full time work with room for advancement and performance based bonuses! Responsibilities Drive one team to and from each account. Delegate cleaning tasks to each team member for each account. Clean, stock, and supply designated job site or facility area.
Cleaning tasks include:
(dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Leadership skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Basic computer / smartphone knowledge Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Must have valid CT drivers license
