We are currently looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Residential Cleaning Technicians. What You'll Do Perform residential cleaning services following company standards Complete recurring, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services Follow cleaning checklists and procedures Communicate professionally with team members and clients Maintain quality and attention to detail in every home Properly use cleaning products, tools, and equipment Report any client concerns, damages, or service issues immediately Help create a positive experience for every customer What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail Ability to follow systems and instructions Professional appearance and communication Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience required. Valid Driver's License required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual ( English & Spanish ) is a strong plus. Residential cleaning experience preferred. Experience with recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or commercial cleaning is a plus. Customer service experience is a plus.
